What are your hours of operation?: Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We book sessions weekdays either mid-morning or late afternoon for outdoor sessions; studio sessions may be booked from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday sessions do include an uncharge for the session fee.
Where are you located?: We are located in West Monroe, Louisiana; we have a small home studio and shoot outdoors in north Louisiana at various locations.
What payment options do you accept?: We accept MasterCard and Visa as well as checks and cash.
How available are you for sessions?: We are normally booked two to three weeks out. Just call us and we'll get an appointment set up for you!
What is your typical turn around for proofing and products?: We pride ourselves on our quick turn around time! We typically have our sessions proofed on line within a week of the session date. Depending on the product, most are delivered within a two to three week period, oftentimes, sooner.
